What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for our customers, helping them succeed with the Navero platform. Here are some key responsibilities:

🔧 Guide customers through configuration and best practices, ensuring they set up their hiring processes effectively.

📞 Conduct first screening calls as needed, helping clients assess candidate fit early in the process.

📝 Create engaging walkthrough videos, templates, and guides that simplify our platform's features.

📊 Analyze customer behavior patterns and refine onboarding resources to improve self-service capabilities.

🗣️ Provide structured feedback to product and management teams based on real hiring cycles and usability gaps.

🤝 Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

What You Bring

🌍 Fluent in English; Arabic required for GCC clients, French is a plus.
