The CSR Director will be responsible for establishing the Corporate Social Responsibility department within the company’s new social foundation. This includes designing the CSR strategy, building the department structure, leading program development, and driving high impact social initiatives aligned with the group’s values and national priorities. The role will be instrumental in positioning the foundation as a leading force for sustainable community development.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Master's degree or specialized certifications in CSR, ESG, or Sustainability (e.g., ISO 26000, GRI, SDG-related training) are preferred.
• 7+ years in CSR, social development, or sustainability, preferably within a corporate, foundation, or NGO environment.
• Proven track record of establishing CSR departments or programs from inception.
• Deep understanding of Egypt’s development landscape, regulatory requirements, and community needs.
