Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Alexandria, Egypt, for a Biomedical Engineer. The Biomedical Engineer will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving medical equipment and devices. Key tasks include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing biomedical equipment, and collaborating with clinical staff to ensure safe and effective use of medical devices. The role also entails staying updated with emerging technologies and regulatory compliance within the healthcare industry.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Biomedical Engineering and Clinical Engineering
• Proficient in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance methodologies
• Experience with Medical Equipment functionality, operation, and troubleshooting
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in medical device regulations or maintenance are a plus
