Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Education Advisor, located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Education Advisor will guide learners through their educational goals, provide tailored consulting based on specific educational needs, communicate effectively to address concerns, and ensure an excellent customer service experience while promoting the services offered by Competent.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Consulting skills
• Strong Communication, Customer Service, and interpersonal abilities
• Understanding of the Education sector and its trends
• Problem-solving capabilities and an ability to guide clients through decision-making processes
• Passion for education and helping individuals achieve their goals
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
