Business Unit Manager – Operations (Hourly Cleaning Services Division)
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our hourly cleaning services division. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative expertise and direct experience in housekeeping / soft services, with the ability to drive operational excellence, team coordination, and client satisfaction.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring service quality and timeliness.
- Manage staff schedules, workflows, and resource allocation effectively.
- Train, supervise, and motivate cleaning teams to achieve performance goals.
- Conduct site inspections and respond to client feedback professionally.
- Monitor cleaning equipment and supplies for proper use and maintenance.
- Maintain operational records and report performance metrics to management.
- Coordinate cleaning and transportation teams to ensure smooth operations.
🎯 Qualifications
- 5–10 years of proven experience in housekeeping / soft services operations (GCC experience preferred).
- Strong supervisory background in cleaning or facility management.
- Excellent administrative, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and tasks efficiently.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends when required.
