We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our hourly cleaning services division. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative expertise and direct experience in housekeeping / soft services, with the ability to drive operational excellence, team coordination, and client satisfaction.

• Lead and oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring service quality and timeliness.
• Manage staff schedules, workflows, and resource allocation effectively.
• Train, supervise, and motivate cleaning teams to achieve performance goals.
• Conduct site inspections and respond to client feedback professionally.
• Monitor cleaning equipment and supplies for proper use and maintenance.

• 5–10 years of proven experience in housekeeping / soft services operations (GCC experience preferred).

• Flexible to work evenings and weekends when required.
