Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Branch Manager at Fornalia Bakery. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage and lead a team, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain stock and inventory levels, and implement operational policies to meet business objectives. The role involves monitoring sales performance, driving profitability, and enforcing compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

• Experience in inventory management, ordering, and stock handling
• Ability to develop and implement operational strategies and policies
• Knowledge of customer service principles and a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
• Previous experience in retail or bakery management is a plus
• Understanding of hygiene and safety regulations pertaining to food handling
• Proficiency in using basic office software or point-of-sale systems
