Job Description

  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and sales across retail and distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align trade marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns, in-store activations, and merchandising activities to maximize product exposure.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize trade marketing plans.
  • Manage relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and stakeholders to ensure effective execution of trade programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing activities, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of point-of-sale materials, displays, and promotional assets.
  • Oversee budget allocation and expenditure for trade marketing projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  • Train and support field sales teams on trade marketing initiatives, product knowledge, and merchandising standards.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and consistency across all trade marketing touchpoints.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in trade marketing, channel marketing, or retail marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of the F&B sector and consumer goods industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful trade marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
