Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive MiniMelts’ growth within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) sector.
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with key accounts in the hospitality and food service industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HORECA clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings and promotional activities for the HORECA channel.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to clients.
- Represent Mini Egypt at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and expand the client base.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience, with a strong focus on the HORECA or food service sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of market dynamics.
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies for new product launches.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
