💼 We’re Hiring: Food Service / HORECA Senior Channel Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Food Service / HORECA Senior Channel Manager to lead and develop our commercial channels across the Food Service and HORECA sector.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven leader with deep industry knowledge, strong strategic thinking, and a proven ability to drive execution excellence.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Food Service & HORECA channels to achieve sales volume, growth, and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute channel strategies, business plans, and customer-specific programs.
• Optimize Route-to-Market (RTM) models and drive excellence across direct and distributor operations.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor channel performance, competition activities, and market dynamics to provide data-backed insights.
• Ensure perfect execution in distribution, coverage, availability, and in-market presence.
• Lead, motivate, and develop channel sales teams through coaching, training, and field performance management.

🎯 Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FMCG sales and distribution.
• Strong background in Food Service / HORECA channel management.
• Experience in RTM, distributor management, and sales structure optimization.
• Proven track record of achieving ambitious commercial targets.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Advanced knowledge of Food Service / HORECA customer landscape.
• Experience managing large sales teams and complex operations.
