Job Purpose: -

HD Bank is looking for hiring highly talented branch manager in Alexandria

Main Responsibilities: -

• Supervise and manage all daily branch operations, ensuring smooth workflow and service delivery.
• Oversee the implementation of business plans and ensure alignment with the bank’s overall strategy and objectives.
• Monitor the achievement of sales, service, and operational targets also implement corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Review financial, operational, and performance reports.
• Identify and analyze operational issues, recommend effective solutions, and ensure continuous process improvement.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt service delivery and proactive relationship management.
• Assess and approve all the required transactions within authorized limits.
• Manage and monitor cash flow, deposits, and loan portfolios to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure accurate record keeping, documentation, and reporting of all branch activities.
• Supervise the employee’s performance, provide coaching, and support their professional development through training and guidance.

Job Requirements: -

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, or Economics, or an equivalent qualification.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of banking experience
