Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Newhomes Consultant located in Egypt. The Newhomes Consultant will engage with prospective buyers, guiding them through the home-buying process and helping them find their ideal property. Responsibilities include showcasing properties, negotiating terms, providing exceptional customer service, and offering professional advice to meet clients' unique needs. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other team members, staying informed on market trends, and participating in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• Real Estate Experience is a must
• Min 2 years as senior consultant is a must
• Strong Customer Service and New Home Sales skills
• Sales and Negotiation skills to close deals and foster positive relationships with potential buyers
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Familiarity with the local real estate market in Egypt is a plus
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
