• We’re hiring an HR Officer to oversee day-to-day HR operations, support recruitment and onboarding, manage payroll inputs and government filings, and contribute to building a fair, compliant, and high-performance culture.

What you will do

• Handle HR operations: employee records, contracts, attendance, leaves, and HRIS updates.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, offer extensions, and reference checks.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding: documentation, induction, checklists, and asset handover.
• Prepare payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, deductions, and benefits, and coordinate with Finance for timely disbursement.
• Manage government operations: social insurance (IN/OUT), labor office, medical checkups, and related filings.
• Support performance cycles, training logistics, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure policy compliance and maintain accurate, confidential HR documentation.
• Prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards for leadership.

What you bring

• 2–4 years of HR experience; experience in the school/education sector is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and basic payroll processes.
• Strong communication in English and Arabic; professional writing and people skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and discreet; comfortable with HRIS and spreadsheets.
• Proactive, problem-solver mindset in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• Immediate start is a must.
