e are hiring a highly experienced Training Manager on behalf of one of our client.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in academic or professional training centers, with a proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate impactful learning programs. Fluency in English is essential.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the annual training strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Design and deliver high-quality training programs (technical, behavioral, and compliance).
- Lead the full training cycle: needs assessment, content creation, facilitation, and evaluation.
- Build and manage relationships with training providers, academic institutions, and certification bodies.
- Ensure training programs meet international standards and best practices.
- Supervise and mentor trainers and training coordinators.
- Maintain accurate training data, reports, and KPIs.
- Continuously assess training effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
- RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, (Master’s is a plus).
- 10 years of experience as a Training Manager, preferably in an academic or development center.
- Strong background in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong presentation, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
- Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
