e are hiring a highly experienced Training Manager on behalf of one of our client.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in academic or professional training centers, with a proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate impactful learning programs. Fluency in English is essential.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the annual training strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Design and deliver high-quality training programs (technical, behavioral, and compliance).
• Lead the full training cycle: needs assessment, content creation, facilitation, and evaluation.
• Build and manage relationships with training providers, academic institutions, and certification bodies.
• Ensure training programs meet international standards and best practices.
• Supervise and mentor trainers and training coordinators.
• Maintain accurate training data, reports, and KPIs.
• Continuously assess training effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, (Master’s is a plus).
• 10 years of experience as a Training Manager, preferably in an academic or development center.
• Strong background in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong presentation, communication, and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
• Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
