About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Educational Counsellor to join our team. In this role, you will guide students through the process of selecting and applying to international universities, ensuring they receive accurate information and personalized support throughout their study abroad journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one counseling sessions for students interested in studying abroad.
• Assess students’ academic backgrounds, goals, and preferences to recommend suitable universities and programs.
• Support students with the full application process, including documentation, admissions requirements, and deadlines.
• Maintain strong communication with universities and stay updated on programs, scholarships, and intake cycles.
• Attend school visits, events, and educational fairs to represent GESCO professionally.
• Follow up with students and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Assist with visa guidance and preparation as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure smooth student processing.
• Provide exceptional customer service to students and parents.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in counseling, customer service, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and a passion for helping students succeed.
