Job Description

• Supervise and manage a team of warehouse staff, including warehouse workers, sorters, and other support staff
• Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
• Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and safety
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving rates, and order fulfillment rates
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and guidance to warehouse staff
• Develop and implement training programs to improve warehouse staff skills and knowledge
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, including filling in for absent staff and covering breaks

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.
• Proven ability to lead and manage warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
