Job Description

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with department heads to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of trainers, ensuring effective delivery of training content and continuous professional growth.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging, up-to-date training materials and resources.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
  • Manage training schedules, logistics, and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to timelines.
  • Maintain accurate training records and prepare regular reports for management on training outcomes and ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies in training delivery.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 7 years of experience in training management or a related field.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering training programs in a corporate environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising trainers or instructional staff.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective learning solutions.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Experience working in an office-based, full-time, unlimited, or long-term role.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is a MUST! B2/C1
