Job Summary:
The role is focusing on developing and applying clear standards for evaluating the performance of the bank’s branches and central sectors, through systematic data collection and reporting to senior management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development of performance evaluation standards for branches and central sectors, presenting them to the sector head for discussion and approval.
- Ensure the application of approved evaluation frameworks, propose modifications, and address gaps identified during implementation.
- Supervise the preparation of performance evaluation reports for branches and central sectors and present them to the sector head.
- Review quality control reports, prepare quarterly summaries, and highlight recurring observations for the sector head.
- Develop the annual plan for the department.
- Ensure quality and smooth workflow within the department.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial analysis/planning/performance management with at least 5 years in team management.
- Strong knowledge in financial analysis modules and techniques.
