Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Educational Consultant to join our team in Al Asimah, Kuwait. The role entails providing personalized guidance to students throughout their study abroad journey, assisting with university applications and placements, and offering tailored advice. The consultant will interact regularly with students and their families, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries. Strong communication and consulting skills will be vital to helping students make successful transitions to international academic environments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and a strong background in Education-related advising
• Experience in Consulting and Communication, with the ability to present information effectively
• Customer Service skills, including managing queries and ensuring positive client experiences
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a diverse cultural environment
• Relevant certifications or degrees in Education, Counseling, or related fields are preferred
