Job Title: Operational Readiness Analyst
Location: 100% Remote
Pay Rate: $51/hr on W2, Paid Weekly.
Initial Assignment Length: 6+ Months (Extension is possible based on performance, attendance, and business need)

Job Summary:
Digital Transformation and the Employer Digital ART is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at translating complex business needs into clear documentation and thrives in a fast-paced, Agile Delivery Model environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating user-centric materials, collaborating across departments, and driving to achieve Team objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience writing business documents such as reference documents, marketing materials, or similar. Think marketing-type materials. (big emphasis on marketing background, must have!)
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery models; certification is a plus.
- Expert in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Familiarity with using Copilot or other similar AI tools is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable showcasing your work, gaining feedback, and providing the final deliverable.
- Ability to review and analyze data as it relates to customer lists.
- Experience with managing tasks within an initiative or project.
- Proven ability to present deliverables, negotiate strategy, and build trust with stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, customer-driven environment.
- Adaptable to change and able to pivot quickly when priorities shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop user guides, visual aids, and reference materials to enhance the digital user experience.
- Write clear, concise, and structured business work instructions and communication documents.
- Conduct analysis and discovery of existing documentation to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Own the end-to-end process of creating new documentation—from concept through development to final approval.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to support the management of backlogs, prioritize tasks, and support sprint execution and planning.
- Demonstrate capability to facilitate stakeholder review meetings, fostering collaboration to ensure alignment in business communications and Service Reference documentation.
- Write and update user stories as they pertain to your work.
- Participate and engage in Program Increment Planning (PI Planning) and all Agile ceremonies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
- Reinforce a positive customer experience over deployment. Work with the Employer Digital ART, the Operational Readiness Team, and key Business Partners to operationalize key features and work.
- Identify issues and bottlenecks and propose actionable improvements.
