are looking for a highly organized and execution-driven Delivery Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure smooth task delivery across multiple teams, and maintain high performance standards.

This role is critical for ensuring that product, development, SEO, content, and operations teams deliver their work on time, with quality, and according to priority.

You will act as the backbone of execution inside the company — coordinating tasks, removing blockers, enforcing deadlines, and reporting progress directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities1. Task & Project Coordination

  • Manage daily task assignments across all teams (Development, SEO, Content, Operations).
  • Ensure every team member has a clear, actionable task list.
  • Track progress of all tasks using JIRA / ClickUp or similar tools.
  • Validate that every task has clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and deadlines.

2. Deadline & Performance Management

  • Monitor deadlines and follow up with team members who fall behind.
  • Identify delays early and take corrective action.
  • Maintain a structured performance log for each team member.
  • Recommend bonuses for high performers and penalties for repeated non-compliance.

3. Daily Standups & Communication

  • Conduct daily standup meetings and record updates.
  • Ensure smooth communication between teams (Product ↔ Dev, SEO ↔ Content, CS ↔ Dev).
  • Clarify tasks, priorities, and blockers for all team members.

4. Removing Blockers

  • Identify issues slowing the team and solve them quickly.
  • Coordinate dependencies between departments.
  • Escalate issues to the CEO when needed.

5. Quality Assurance

  • Review completed tasks to ensure they meet requirements before closing.
  • Request fixes or improvements when needed.
  • Maintain consistency and quality across all deliverables.

6. Reporting & Accountability

  • Prepare a concise daily or weekly progress report for the CEO including:
  • Completed tasks
  • Delays
  • Issues or risks
  • Team performance insights
  • Maintain transparency and ensure accountability across all roles.

7. Process & SOP Enforcement

  • Implement and enforce operational processes, SOPs, and guidelines.
  • Improve workflows to increase team efficiency.
  • Ensure everyone follows the delivery standards.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, or Operations in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile workflows, sprint planning, and task tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to enforce deadlines and handle performance issues professionally.

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience working with development teams (frontend, backend).
  • Familiarity with SEO and content workflows.
  • Experience in SaaS or e-learning platforms.
  • Knowledge of JIRA, ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools.
