Europa Schule Neu Kairo is expanding its international programs and is seeking a dynamic and experienced IB Diploma Program Coordinator to lead and enhance the delivery of the IB DP.  Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and ongoing development of the IB Diploma Program.

Ensure compliance with current IB standards, practices, and evaluation requirements.

Support, mentor, and train DP teachers; coordinate internal collaboration and PD.

Oversee student course selection, academic advising, progress tracking, and wellbeing.

Manage all IBIS processes: student registration, coursework uploads, predicted grades, and exam administration.

Coordinate the Core (CAS, EE, TOK) with relevant supervisors.

Serve as the primary liaison between the school and the IBO.

Maintain program documentation, policies, and school–home communication.
