Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Horeca (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, and Catering) clients to drive sales of food ingredients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Horeca sector to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase AWA Group’s innovative food solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to management.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Food Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the food industry, preferably within the Horeca sector.
  • Strong understanding of food ingredients and their applications in various food service environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and industry events.
