Job Summary:


The role is focusing on managing the lifecycle of changes and releases related to the Temenos T24 platform, also ensuring that changes and releases are implemented efficiently, minimizing disruption to operations while adhering to organizational standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a structured change management process specifically for the Temenos T24 core banking system.
  • Review and assess change requests related to T24 configurations, modules, and integrations to evaluate impact, risk, and feasibility.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and approve changes based on business needs and system requirements.
  • Maintain a change control log and ensure all modifications are documented for compliance and audit purposes.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to analyze the potential impact of changes on end-users and operations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all releases related to the Temenos T24 platform, including system upgrades, patches, and new feature deployments.
  • Establish and maintain a release calendar, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and minimizing disruption.
  • Work with testing teams to ensure that all releases undergo rigorous quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
  • Oversee the deployment process, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production environments.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT service management, with at least 5 years of direct experience managing changes and releases in core banking systems.
  • Strong expertise in Temenos T24, including its architecture, modules, and integration points.
  • Hands-on experience with T24 system upgrades, configurations, and customizations.
