Job Description

• We are looking for a passionate and organized Talent Management Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing talent programs that attract, retain, and develop high-potential employees, ensuring organizational growth and workforce effectiveness.
•  Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement talent management strategies and initiatives
• Manage performance management and employee development programs
• Identify high-potential employees and create succession plans
• Coordinate training and career development plans
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning
• Track and analyze talent metrics and provide reports

 

 

 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Management or HR
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Good knowledge of HR systems and performance management tools
• Very good command of English
