Job Description

Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, domains, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Configure, monitor, and secure network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and internet settings.
Administer Microsoft Exchange & email systems, ensuring availability and performance.
Provide support and standard configuration for Windows laptops, desktops, and related hardware.
Implement and maintain virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V, VMware, and cluster environments.
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and backup strategies for critical systems.
Monitor system performance, respond to alerts, and perform preventive maintenance.
Manage server security, patches, upgrades, antivirus, and access control policies.
Administer Linux servers as required for internal applications and services.
Develop and maintain IT documentation including configurations, topology, policies, and procedures.
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
Coordinate with vendors for technical support, procurement, and escalation needs.
Support internal system expansions, upgrades, and onboarding of new technologies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and IT governance best practices.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in systems administration or a similar role.
Proven experience with Windows Server administration and domain management.
Microsoft Certification (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, AZ-related certifications) is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) and Windows clustering.
Hands-on experience with network security, firewalls, VPNs, and routing.
Experience with Microsoft Exchange and corporate email administration.
Linux administration skills (basic to intermediate).
Strong understanding of backup technologies and disaster recovery.
Excellent troubleshooting and incident response capabilities.
Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
