Key Responsibilities:
- Own the stability and performance of applications.
- Design and develop services, resolve production issues, and troubleshoot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Lead daily standups and help enhance the team’s technical skills.
- Oversee production deployments and troubleshooting, including off-hours support when necessary.
What We’re Looking For:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring.
- Solid experience in RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.
- Experience with messaging systems like ActiveMQ or Kafka.
- Proficiency with Apache Maven and Git (Gitlab preferred).
- Strong knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and JDBC.
- Familiarity with legacy technologies is a plus.
