Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tour Operator based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Tour Operator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating tours and travel itineraries. Other key tasks include managing reservations, communicating with clients, and ensuring smooth execution of travel plans to meet customer satisfaction. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and handling inquiries and issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Guided Tours and in-depth knowledge of Travel & Tourism
• Strong Customer Service and Reservations management skills
• Sales experience with the ability to promote and sell tour packages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in engaging with a diverse client base
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with the local area and tourist attractions is preferred
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
