Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Admin, located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Office Admin will be responsible for managing phone calls, greeting clients and visitors, scheduling appointments, and performing various receptionist duties. The role also involves handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Experience in Front Office operations and Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Computer literacy and familiarity with office equipment
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
