Role Description

This is a full-time role for a COMSEC Manager at Kay and Associates, Inc. The role is based on-site in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The COMSEC Manager will be responsible for managing the Communications Security (COMSEC) program, ensuring compliance with COMSEC regulations and policies. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing COMSEC procedures, maintaining COMSEC accounts, conducting audits and inspections, training personnel on COMSEC protocols, and overseeing the proper handling and safeguarding of COMSEC materials.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Communications Security (COMSEC) management, including knowledge of COMSEC principles, procedures, and regulations
• Skills in auditing, inspection, and training personnel on COMSEC protocols
• Ability to develop and implement COMSEC policies and procedures
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multi-faceted projects
• Relevant certifications and a background in military, defense, or related fields are highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
