Experience: Minimum 1 year in recruitment or talent sourcing

About The Role

We are looking for a Freelance Recruiter to help us find and attract top talent for various roles. You will work remotely, managing the full recruitment process from sourcing to screening candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through online platforms and social media
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
• Maintain candidate databases and update progress reports
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
  
  
  

Requirements

• Based in Egypt and available to work remotely
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR
• Strong communication and organization skills
