We are hiring: Product Manager (Full-time, On-site – Cairo)

Nanovate is building Arabic-first AI products for enterprises across the region. As we expand our platform and launch multiple product lines, we are hiring a Product Manager who can translate business needs into clear product plans, work closely with engineering, and ensure smooth delivery from concept to launch.

This is a foundational role with direct influence on what we build, why we build it, and how it is executed.

Role Overview

The Product Manager will be responsible for driving product strategy, defining requirements, managing the development lifecycle, and aligning stakeholders across engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams. You will work closely with the CEO and CTO to prioritize features, understand customer pain points, and ensure high-quality execution.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements, scope, and user stories based on research and customer insights

• Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration

• Work closely with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical tasks

• Manage sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery timelines

• Monitor product performance, usage data, and customer feedback to guide improvements

• Coordinate across engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams

• Develop internal documentation, roadmaps, and release plans

• Ensure that product decisions align with Nanovate’s broader strategy and objectives

• Support sales and customer success with product knowledge and feature clarification

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or AI-driven products

• Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements

• Experience working closely with engineering teams and managing cross-functional communication

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to guide decisions

• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational abilities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with high ownership

• Ability to work full-time on-site in Cairo

• Experience with AI, workflow automation, or enterprise products is preferred
