Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the shading systems and outdoor solutions market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including construction companies, hotels, resorts, restaurants, and cafes.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person presentations to showcase Royal Tents’ product portfolio, emphasizing the benefits and features of motorized pergolas, awnings, tensile tents, and custom shading solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the design and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s reach.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in indoor sales, preferably within the construction, outdoor solutions, or home improvement sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing a premium brand.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
