On behalf of a leading software company headquartered in Cairo, Egypt, we are seeking a driven and strategic Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and delivery of innovative digital products that create real value for users and clients. This is a full-time role, offered on an on-site or hybrid basis in Cairo.

About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will act as the bridge between business objectives, user needs, and technology execution. You’ll define product vision and strategy, manage roadmaps, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of software products—from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-performing digital solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on business value and customer feedback.
• Monitor product performance, analyze KPIs, and propose enhancements to improve user satisfaction and ROI.
• Ensure all product initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
• Act as a strong advocate for the customer throughout the product development process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in product management within software or technology-driven companies.
• Proven success in launching and managing digital products or SaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical aptitude to understand software development processes and constraints.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
