Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Indoor role based in our Sheikh Zayed City branch. The responsibility of this position includes assisting customers, providing product information, addressing inquiries, and guiding purchasing decisions. The Salesperson will actively support the sales strategy, manage the sales process, and deliver an excellent customer experience to meet sales targets effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively interact with customers.
• Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring client needs are met and a positive shopping experience is delivered.
• Sales and Sales Management expertise, including achieving and exceeding sales targets efficiently.
• Training capabilities to assist team members in improving skills and product knowledge.
• Proactive attitude, teamwork abilities, and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Previous experience in electronics retail and a related field is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
