Role Description

We are seeking a full-time BIM Coordinator - Architect for an on-site position located in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing Building Information Modeling processes by working closely with project stakeholders. This role involves coordinating architectural designs, collaborating with MEP and other disciplines, ensuring the accuracy of BIM models, and supporting project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities also include project documentation and delivering successful BIM execution plans.

Qualifications

• BIM Coordination and proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools
• Strong foundation in Architecture and design processes
• Experience collaborating with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines
• Project Management skills for delivering BIM plans and ensuring project timelines are met
• Attention to detail, teamwork, and strong communication abilities
• Proficiency in relevant BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with construction documentation and practices
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
