Job Description

• Manage and monitor customer accounts related to Amazon, Noon, Jumia platforms
• Record daily sales, returns, commissions, and platform fees accurately
• Reconcile platform statements with internal accounting records
• Follow up on collections and ensure timely settlements from e-commerce platforms
• Prepare periodic reports for customer balances, aging, and revenues
• Handle discrepancies and coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client follow-up.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to resolve account discrepancies.
