📢 Media Buyer (Digital Performance Marketing)

Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) to drive measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and ad placements for maximum performance.

- Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and campaign optimizations.

- Analyze data (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and adjust strategies in real time.

- Collaborate with creative teams to align ads with performance goals.

Requirements:

✔ 3+ years in performance media buying (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or programmatic).

✔ Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably across GULF and UAE (case studies/portfolio preferred).

✔ Expertise in pixel tracking, conversion APIs, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).

✔ Strong grasp of audience segmentation and retargeting strategies.

✔ Experience in medical/healthcare marketing across GULF and UAE.

✔ Certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads) are a bonus.

⏰ Type: Full-time (10 AM – 6 PM daily, Saturday off)
