- Monitor and control daily stock movements (raw materials, WIP, and finished goods).

- Perform daily and monthly stock reconciliations between physical and system quantities.

- Review material consumption and ensure alignment with production orders.

- Investigate stock variances and report root causes with corrective actions.

- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and planning teams to ensure accurate material allocation.

- Prepare and update inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly).

- Ensure proper posting of stock transactions on ERP systems (Odoo).

- Participate in monthly and annual physical inventory counts.

- Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged items and propose actions.

- Support the costing team with accurate material usage data.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal audit requirements.

🔹Requirements:

- B.S. in Accounting or Finance.

- From 3 to 6 years of experience in stock control (preferred in the Carpet or Textile Manufacturing industry).

- Strong knowledge of the Odoo system.

- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
