Backed by YC (W25), We are growing quickly and hiring modeling talent to support the evolution of their data labeling infrastructure.

Role: Financial Modeling Specialist (Contract) Type: Contract (hourly) Hours: 30–35 hours/week Rate: $30–$35/hour (with flexibility for exceptional candidates) Location: Remote (global applicants welcome; LATAM & EU time zones preferred)

The rate offered by the company will follow market trends for the location the candidates reside in.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Create complete end-to-end financial or business models used to train AI systems
• Review and refine models created by other analysts for structure, clarity, and effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve modeling frameworks and best practices
• (Optional) Provide feedback and mentorship to other contributors, including hopping on calls to support junior team members
• Participate in regular working sessions with the Theta team to refine modeling standards
