Job Description
- Receive and review customer orders, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.
- Enter orders into the Odoo system and track their progress until fulfillment.
- Verify pricing, quantities, product codes, and payment and delivery terms before order confirmation.
- Coordinate and communicate with factories and international suppliers/vendors.
- Follow up on procurement, production, and shipping processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers regarding order status.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in order processing, order management, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with internal teams and customers.
- Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.
