Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in El Sadat City for a Stock Controller Supervisor at Mima Foods. The Stock Controller Supervisor will oversee and manage all stock control operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory and supply chain processes. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventory audits, analyzing data for stock optimization, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure product availability. The role also requires supervising stock control staff and maintaining compliance with operational and safety standards.

Qualifications

• +5 years of experience in Stock Management
• Preferred Frozen Fruits and vegetables industry experience
• Proficiency in Stock Control, Stock Management, and Inventory Control processes
• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and stock optimization
• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders
• Experience in supervising teams and managing operational workflows
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with inventory management software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• El Sadat City residents are Preferred
