United Group (UG) is seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Project Manager (HVAC) to lead and manage HVAC works only at a Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) project. This role requires deep technical expertise in mechanical systems, strict compliance with nuclear safety standards, and proven experience on mega / critical infrastructure projects.

Position: Mechanical Project Manager – HVAC (NPP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for HVAC scope execution from mobilization to final handover
• Manage project schedule, cost, resources, and subcontractors for HVAC works
• Lead HVAC engineering, shop drawings, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning
• Ensure full compliance with NPP QA/QC procedures, nuclear safety culture, and HSE requirements
• Review and approve HVAC shop drawings, method statements, ITPs, and risk assessments
• Coordinate with Client, Consultant, EPC contractor, and other disciplines on-site
• Monitor progress, resolve technical and site issues, and implement corrective actions
• Oversee HVAC testing, balancing, commissioning, and as-built documentation
• Manage variations, claims, and contractual correspondence related to HVAC scope
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly progress reports

• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in mechanical project management
• Proven experience in HVAC works for Nuclear Power Plants, power stations, or mega industrial projects (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (chilled water, DX, ventilation, pressurization, smoke control, clean rooms, industrial HVAC)
• Solid understanding of international codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, ISO)
• Strong experience with QA/QC documentation and nuclear compliance procedures
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project and MS Office
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under high-pressure, safety-critical environments
