We’re expanding our Quality & Food Safety team.

Yes Pac Packaging Solutions is seeking a Food Safety Specialist to join our Quality Department and support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of food safety management systems within a manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will:

Support the implementation and maintenance of Food Safety Management Systems (ISO 22000 / FSSC / BRC)

Ensure compliance with food safety standards, regulatory, and customer requirements

Participate in internal, external, and customer audits

Conduct food safety inspections, risk assessments, and corrective actions

Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints related to food safety

Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure effective food safety practices

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to food safety and hygiene

Qualifications & Requirements:

B.Sc. in Science, Agriculture, or any relevant field

1–3 years of experience as a Food Safety Specialist

Knowledge of ISO 22000, FSSC, or BRC (certification knowledge is a plus)

Very good command of English

Experience in manufacturing or packaging industry is preferred

Strong communication and documentation skills
