This is a part-time on-site Senior PC role based in Uster. The role involves the day-to-day coordination and management of real estate projects and ensuring their alignment with the company's operational standards and client expectations. Responsibilities include liaising with developers, analyzing project data and market trends, and providing strategic recommendations. The Senior PC will also be responsible for delivering high-quality support to the team and clients, ensuring consistency in project execution and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong project coordination and analytical skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, market research, real estate, sales, and client management
- Experience in team collaboration and ensuring organizational objectives
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and projects mentioned in collaboration agreements
- Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on-site effectively at the Uster location
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields preferred
