Job Responsibilities Deliver engaging and interactive English sessions tailored to adults or kids. Plan and prepare lessons in line with the curriculum and learning objectives. Create a positive and motivating classroom environment. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and levels. Ensure effective classroom management at all times. Encourage student participation and communication. Follow up on student performance and attendance. Participate in training sessions and continuous development programs. Maintain accurate records of student progress and class activities. Collaborate with academic supervisors to enhance teaching quality. Apply the institute’s teaching standards and methodologies.
Qualifications+1 year of teaching experience (Adults and/or Kids) TEFL or CELTA certification is preferred Strong command of the English language Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to engage and manage different age groups Passion for teaching and student development Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
