Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, October City for a Facilities Management Specialist. The specialist will manage day-to-day building operations, oversee facility maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Responsibilities include coordinating building management activities, managing vendor relationships, creating and managing budgets, and implementing energy and resource management strategies to optimize efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Building Management and Facility Management (FM) experience
  • Expertise in Building Maintenance, including scheduling repairs and managing vendor services
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for facility-related operations
  • Knowledge of Energy Management to optimize resource usage and drive sustainability
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
  • Experience in compliance with local safety regulations and standards
