Ecotel is looking to hire a driven FTTH Coordinator. You’ll help plan, manage, and support FTTH rollout projects — ensuring smooth execution, quality, and on-time delivery.

What You’ll Do:

- Coordinate day-to-day FTTH deployment activities

- Support field teams and monitor contractor performance

- Interpret network layouts and update project documentation

- Ensure health & safety compliance on-site

- Assist with fiber splicing, OTDR testing, and troubleshooting

What You Bring:

- 1:3 years in fiber optics (FTTH experience preferred)

- Bachelor's degree in engineering.

- Understanding of GPON, splicing, and fiber testing

- Strong communication and coordination skills

- Proficient in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

- Preferably available to join immediately or ASAP
