Zayed Furniture Factory is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team. We are a leading metal furniture manufacturer serving hotels, companies, and large-scale projects across Egypt.???? Key Responsibilities:Coordinate between clients and internal teams (sales, production, logistics) Follow up on orders from confirmation to final delivery (end-to-end) Manage and respond to incoming leads from the website Communicate with clients via email and ensure fast, professional responses Follow up with clients and convert inquiries into actual sales opportunities Coordinate delivery and shipping schedules with logistics and clients Ensure orders are dispatched on time and follow up until successful delivery Communicate shipping details and updates clearly with clients Handle client requests, updates, and problem-solving efficiently Prepare quotations, invoices, and order details Maintain organized records and reports???? Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure High attention to detail Comfortable handling emails and online client communication Experience in B2B or manufacturing is a plus Preferred: Candidates living near Abbassia / Nasr City???? What We’re Looking For:Someone who doesn’t just “reply to messages”…But can follow up, stay organized, and take full ownership of orders until delivery.????
