Job description

  • ·        Meet monthly operations requirements according to sales request for (POS - SIM - Paper Rolls - Returns)
  • ·        Meet all maintenance needs (check - create - spare parts…etc.)
  • ·        Executing all required exchange, return and addition permissions on time to ensure the implementation of the action plan.
  • ·        Carrying out daily transfers on the system according to sales requests and maintenance centers to ensure the availability of goods.
  • ·        Doing the physical inventory periodically to ensure that the actual number of items and its conformity with the system and the completion of inventory reports and records.
  • ·        Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
  • ·        Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
  • ·        Keeping all exchange and return permissions from stock and receipts from and to the store to access an integrated system for paper data.
  • ·        Prepare all ad-hoc reports requested by concerned departments for any business need or on frequent basis.
