Job Description

To handle the project’ execution & site control, which focus more on meeting sites’ requirements for tools, equipment and labors, also for the technical and administrative tasks of the project in accordance with the Operation’s objectives, schedule and targets to ensure smooth & efficient workflow.

Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
Meet contractual conditions of performance
Review the work progress on daily basis
Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
Analyse, manage and mitigate risks.
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Job Requirements

Must hold a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering. 
Must be a member of Egyptian Engineers Syndicate.
Strong skills in AutoCAD.
Fully understand the aspects of site supervision and project management.
Experience in interpreting and understanding local rules, regulations, and design guidelines.
Able to have an oversight of multiple contacts and a large supervision team.
